If you have previously been involved in the Secondary Mastery Programme with SHaW Maths Hub, you are eligible to apply to join our Embedding to Sustaining Programme for 2021/22. All teachers that participated in Embedding or Sustaining in 2020/21 and TfM Specialists (Cohorts 1-4) will automatically be enrolled with the option to let us know if you would like to select different teachers from your department to participate this year. Please do get in touch if you are unsure of your eligibility.
The focus of this Work Group will be on supporting participants to meet and work collaboratively with other local schools who have a shared experience of Teaching for Mastery.

This Work Group will be primarily online but there is also the possibility of arranging school visits with other Teaching for Mastery Specialists and Advocates at mutually convenient times.
The Work Group will be facilitated by Natalie Burton. Natalie is one of the Assistant Maths Hub Leads (Secondary) for SHaW Maths Hub and an accredited NCETM PD lead. She has previously led Work Groups as a Teaching for Mastery Specialist across the Developing, Embedding and Embedding to Sustaining phases.
This Work Group is for schools who have previously been involved in the Maths Hub’s Secondary Teaching for Mastery Programme. They may have completed the Developing or Embedding phase, or may be the host schools for Cohort 1-4 Secondary Mastery Specialists.
